RESEARCH QUESTIONS
Food consumer tests are based on the hedonic evaluation of food products, and their main purpose is to determine the level of acceptance, preferences and demand for tested products. It is also important to recognize the attitude of consumers towards food products. Conducting this type of research allows to evaluate the chance that a given product will hit the taste of target consumer group, and thus achieve market success. The survey will be complemented by respondents’ declarations.
